 Jamba Juice in Korea.

Paris Croissant (owned by SPC Group, a South Korean food specialty company) signed an agreement with Northern California based Jamba Juice to open 200 Jamba Juice stores in South Korea over the next 10 years. Jamba Juice plans to open their first South Korean store in 2010. Jamba Juice’s specialty is “better-for-you food and beverages”, including fruit smoothies, juices, and teas. They also sell breakfast foods such as oatmeal.

Jamba Juice will open 125 franchised stores in Canada in 10 years.

Jamba Juice has been running the smoothie-show in the United States. Now, it’s Canada’s turn. Thanks to the family that brought us Yogen Fruz and Yogurty’s, Jamba Juice is moving north, and Toronto will be its testing grounds.

  1. I absolutely love eating in restaurants that serve fresh and healthy fruit smoothies, sandwiches, baked goodies and other refreshing beverages like the ones they have in Jamba Juice. Well, it’s nice to know that it is opening in different places around the world. I can tell that the food industry is definitely a booming business.
